AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE FUNDING TO EXTEND PASEO DEL NORTE TO UNSER BOULEVARD IN ALBUQUERQUE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twelve million dollars ($12,000,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of transportation for expenditure in fiscal years 2005 through 2008 for extension of Paseo del Norte from Golf Course road to Unser boulevard in Albuquerque. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
