Your GOVERNMENT AND URBAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 28

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, between lines 14 and 15, insert the following:

"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the lease proposed, ratified and approved shall not be effective until prior approval is given by the secretary of general services, the secretary of corrections, the secretary of economic development and the board of county commissioners of Santa Fe county; and".
