has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 12, after "CRUCES" insert ", THE NEW MEXICO VETERANS' SERVICE COMMISSION".

2. On page 2, line 13, after the semicolon insert "and".

3. On page 2, between lines 13 and 14 insert:

"WHEREAS, the New Mexico veterans' service commission is the state agency charged with oversight of veterans issues;".

4. On page 2, line 16, after "Cruces" insert ", the New Mexico veterans' service commission".

5. On page 2, line 23, after "Cruces" insert ", the director of the New Mexico veterans' service commission".
