DMA states the building was deeded to Luna
Vocational Technical Institute and is no longer belongs to the State Armory
Board and the agency supports the memorial.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
There will be
undetermined costs in renovation and maintenance of the facility.
ADMINISTRATIVE IMPLICATIONS
VSC will have to
convene a working group of state agencies to determine funding for this project.
