FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO COUNTY LINE ROAD IN CHAPARRAL IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for improvements to County Line road in Chaparral in Dona Ana county.
