FOR IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CLAYTON HEIGHTS AND LOMAS DEL CIELO NEIGHBORHOODS IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two million two hundred fifteen thousand dollars ($2,215,000) for improvements to the Clayton Heights and Lomas del Cielo neighborhoods in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
