REAUTHORIZATION TO CHANGE THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR
CONSTRUCTING AND REPAVING NEAL AVENUE IN SOCORRO IN SOCORRO COUNTY.
The proceeds from the sale of severance
tax bonds appropriated to the state highway and transportation department
pursuant to Subsection 149 of Section 19 of Chapter 110 of Laws 2002 for design
of the reconstruction of High School road in Socorro in Socorro county shall
not be expended for the original purpose but are reauthorized and appropriated
to construct and pave Neal avenue in Socorro in Socorro county.
