REQUESTED BY Don Tripp

FOR CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENTS IN THE LUNA HILLS AREA OF LOS LUNAS IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred twenty-seven thousand dollars ($327,000) for improvements and construction of sidewalks and wheelchair ramps to comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 in the Luna Hills area of Los Lunas in Valencia county.
