HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 290

REQUESTED BY Richard D. Vigil

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR THE LUNA VOCATIONAL-TECHNICAL INSTITUTE AND FOR REPAIRING LUNA ROAD IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

three thousand dollars ($3,000) to purchase materials to repair Luna road near the Luna vocational-technical institute in San Miguel county; and

• to the governing board of Luna vocational-technical institute

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to repair and improve the seating area at King stadium for the Luna vocational-technical institute in San Miguel county;

three thousand dollars ($3,000) to purchase material to improve the parking area at the Luna vocational-technical institute in San Miguel county; and

seventy thousand dollars ($70,000) to purchase a bus for the Luna vocational-technical institute in San Miguel county.
