REQUESTED BY Daniel R. Foley

FOR DESIGNING, CONSTRUCTING AND EQUIPPING THE TEEN CENTER AT THE BOYS' AND GIRLS' CLUB IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to design, construct and equip the teen center at the boys' and girls' club in Otero county.
