FOR ASPHALT OVERLAY ON WILBUR ROAD BETWEEN FOOTHILL DRIVE AND ATRISCO DRIVE IN THE SOUTH VALLEY AREA OF BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

fifty-one thousand dollars ($51,000) for asphalt overlay on Wilbur road from the intersection with Foothill drive east to the intersection with Atrisco drive in the south valley area of Bernalillo county.
