FOR THE SOUTH VALLEY MULTIPURPOSE FAMILY SERVICE CENTER IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four million sixty-six thousand dollars ($4,066,000) to develop the site for, plan, design, construct and equip phase 1 of a multipurpose family service center in the south valley of Bernalillo county.
