FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE HASLER VALLEY ROAD ALTERNATIVE ACCESS ROUTE IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for a feasibility study for the Hasler Valley road alternative access route in McKinley county.
