FOR DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING A WATER SYSTEM FOR THE CARNUEL MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER AND WASTEWATER CONSUMERS' ASSOCIATION IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for designing and constructing a water system for the Carnuel mutual domestic water and wastewater consumers' association in Bernalillo county.
