FOR DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING AN AQUATIC CENTER IN LOVINGTON IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to design and construct an aquatic center in Lovington in Lea county.
