FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS AND EQUIPMENT FOR RURAL COMMUNITIES IN RIO ARRIBA, SANTA FE AND TAOS COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred forty thousand dollars ($340,000) for water system improvements and equipment, including dry fire hydrants, storage tanks and lining of existing ponds, in rural communities in Rio Arriba, Santa Fe and Taos counties.
