HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 43

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to improve the road in the long range roadway system from Eighth street to Broadmoor drive in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

sixty-five thousand dollars ($65,000) to plan, design and construct a bicycle and pedestrian path between the North Hills subdivision and Northern Meadows subdivision in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county;

eighty-five thousand dollars ($85,000) to purchase an ambulance for Rio Rancho in Sandoval county; and

one hundred sixty-eight thousand dollars ($168,000) to purchase patrol vehicles for Rio Rancho in Sandoval county.
