FOR A MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT CENTER AT THE CENTRAL NEW MEXICO CORRECTIONAL FACILITY IN LOS LUNAS IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the capital program fund

four million five hundred thousand dollars ($4,500,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish phase 2 of a mental health treatment center at the central New Mexico correctional facility in Los Lunas in Valencia county.
