FOR MICROFILMING HISTORIC DOCUMENTS IN THE ARCHIVES OF THE STATES OF DURANGO AND ZACATECAS IN MEXICO FOR THE RIO GRANDE HISTORICAL COLLECTION AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for microfilming historic documents in the archives of the states of Durango and Zacatecas in Mexico for the Rio Grande historic collections at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
