FOR DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING A REGIONAL FIRE TRAINING CENTER IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to design and construct a regional fire training center in Chaves county.
