FOR THE ACCESS ROAD TO THE WEST SIDE SHOOTING PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to the access road to the west side shooting park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
