FOR LITTLE LEAGUE FIELDS IN SOCORRO IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct little league fields in Socorro in Socorro county.
