I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state agency on aging

one million seventy-seven thousand six hundred fifty-nine dollars ($1,077,659) for preparing the site for, planning, designing, constructing and equipping an elder care center in San Ildefonso pueblo in Santa Fe county.
