HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1029

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE PUEBLO OF TESUQUE IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

 

 

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

 

to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

 

eighty-three thousand one hundred forty dollars ($83,140) to equip the solid waste program at the Pueblo of Tesuque in Santa Fe county;

 

three million one hundred ninety-three thousand four hundred seventy dollars ($3,193,470) to plan, design and construct an administrative office building at the Pueblo of Tesuque in Santa Fe county;

 

four hundred seventy-seven thousand nine hundred dollars ($477,900) to equip and furnish the wellness center at the Pueblo of Tesuque in Santa Fe county;

 

two million four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($2,450,000) to construct a gymnasium at the Pueblo of Tesuque in Santa Fe county; and

 

two hundred sixty-six thousand dollars ($266,000) to construct a community health representative office and clinic at the Pueblo of Tesuque in Santa Fe county.

 

The period of time in which the severance tax bond appropriation to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs pursuant to Subsection W of Section 15 of Chapter 2 of Laws 1999 (1st S.S.) to plan, design and construct a day school at Tesuque pueblo in Santa Fe county may be expended is extended through fiscal year 2008.
