FOR A SIGN FOR THE CARLSBAD CIVIC CENTER IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seventy thousand dollars ($70,000) to purchase and install a sign for the Carlsbad civic center in Eddy county.
