FOR AN ANIMAL SHELTER IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to design and construct an animal shelter in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
