REQUESTED BY Joe M Stell

FOR A BUILDING FOR THE CARLSBAD NATIONAL CAVE AND KARST RESEARCH INSTITUTE IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to design, construct, equip and furnish a building for the Carlsbad National Cave and Karst research institute in Eddy county.
