FOR A BICYCLE TRAIL ALONG NIZHONI BOULEVARD IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to design and construct phase 1 of a bicycle trail along Nizhoni boulevard in McKinley county.
