REQUESTED BY Roberto J. Gonzales

FOR DESIGN, ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION OF A MULTI-CLASSROOM BUILDING AT THE YAXCHE LEARNING CENTER IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for the design, engineering and construction of a multi-classroom building to house a living machine and a biolarium at the Yaxche learning center in Taos county.
