FOR RENOVATING AND EQUIPPING THE BASEBALL FACILITY AND CONCESSION STAND AT ELDORADO HIGH SCHOOL IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to renovate and equip the baseball facility and concession stand to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 at Eldorado high school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
