FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two million dollars ($2,000,000) for remodeling the old courthouse in Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county;

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for upgrading the heating and cooling for the courthouse in Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county;

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for the purchase of a backhoe for Guadalupe county; and

twenty-one thousand five hundred dollars ($21,500) for repairs to a roof on a county building in Guadalupe county.
