FOR LIGHTING FOR THE RANDY WILLIS BASEBALL FIELD IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred ninety-five thousand dollars ($195,000) for lighting for the Randy Willis baseball field in Roswell in Chaves county.
