FOR CONSTRUCTION OF AN ADDITION TO THE KENNEL FACILITIES IN SPRINGER IN COLFAX COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million nine hundred thousand dollars ($1,900,000) for the construction of an addition to the kennel facilities in Springer in Colfax county.
