FOR PURCHASING EQUIPMENT FOR THE FAIRGROUNDS IN QUAY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred ninety thousand dollars ($190,000) to purchase equipment for the fairgrounds in Quay county.
