FOR TOWER SITES FOR DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN PORTALES IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to design, purchase and build tower sites for digital technology at eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county.
