FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT WESTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the board of regents of western New Mexico university

seven hundred seventy-three thousand four hundred sixty-four dollars ($773,464) for infrastructure renovation and expansion at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county;

seven million sixty-eight thousand five hundred eleven dollars ($7,068,511) to renovate and construct the student services building at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county;

one million six hundred seventy-four thousand two hundred dollars ($1,674,200) for an addition of classrooms to Harlan hall at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county;

ninety-three thousand seven hundred dollars ($93,700) for a mobile media classroom and information technology project at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county; and

two million four hundred nineteen thousand three hundred dollars ($2,419,300) for the renovation and expansion of the vocational education building at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county.
