has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 11, strike "PROVISIONS" and insert in lieu thereof "A PROVISION".

2. On page 1, line 12, after "TO" strike the remainder of the line and on line 13 strike "PENALTY" and insert in lieu thereof "CLARIFY TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS PROVISIONS".

3. On page 1, strike lines 16 through 25, strike pages 2 through 24 and on page 25, strike lines 1 through 23.

4. On page 25, line 24, strike "Section 10." and insert in lieu thereof "Section 1.".

5. On page 32, strike lines 17 through 25 and strike pages 33 through 54.
