has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 12, before "BROKER" insert "QUALIFYING".

2. On page 1, line 22, before "broker's" insert "qualifying".

3. On page 1, line 23, strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "and".

4. On page 1, line 24, after "majority" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 25 up to the period.

5. On page 1, line 25, before "broker's" insert "qualifying".

6. On page 2, line 4, after the word "salesperson" insert "or associate broker".
