HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to SENATE BILL 554, as amended

1. Strike Senate Corporations and Transportation Committee Amendment 1.

2. On page 1, lines 19 and 20, strike "adopt by ordinance a comprehensive water conservation plan and drought management plan" and insert in lieu thereof "consider ordinances and codes to encourage water conservation and drought management planning".

3. On page 1, line 25 and on page 2, line 1, strike "adopt by ordinance a comprehensive water conservation plan and drought management plan" and insert in lieu thereof "consider ordinances and codes to encourage water conservation and drought management planning".

4. On page 2, line 11, after "customers" insert "for other than agricultural purposes, but does not include Indian tribes, pueblos, nations, chapters or any entity of a tribe, pueblo, nation or chapter".
