AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE PUBLIC HEALTH DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR COMMUNITY DENTAL HEALTH SERVICES.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Six hundred sixty-nine thousand dollars ($669,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the public health division of the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2004 to provide community dental health services. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2004 shall revert to the general fund.
