AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE NEW MEXICO VETERANS' SERVICE COMMISSION TO PROVIDE A BUGLER AND AN HONOR GUARD DURING BURIAL SERVICES CONDUCTED AT THE SANTA FE NATIONAL CEMETERY.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico veterans' service commission for expenditure in fiscal year 2004 to contract for provision of a bugler and an honor guard during burial services conducted at the Santa Fe national cemetery. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2004 shall revert to the general fund.
