SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1___ to SENATE BILL 378, as amended

1. On page 1, line 13, before the period insert "; CHANGING THE PURCHASE COST OF SERVICE CREDIT FOR LEGISLATOR MEMBERS".

2. On page 5, line 15, after "to" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 16 and on line 17, strike "pension" and insert in lieu thereof "three times the normal member contribution".
