AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR AN AT-RISK YOUTH EMPLOYMENT TRAINING PROGRAM.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred eighteen thousand two hundred eighty-four dollars ($118,284) is appropriated from the general fund to the labor department for expenditure in fiscal year 2004 to contract for an at-risk youth employment training program in Bernalillo, Torrance, Sandoval and Valencia counties. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2004 shall revert to the general fund.
