Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 327, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO NOT PASS, but that

DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 21, strike "a district court" and insert in lieu thereof "metropolitan court and magistrate court, those courts".

2. On page 1, line 22, before "petty" insert "penalty assessment misdemeanor, traffic violation,".

3. On pages 2 through 9, strike Sections 2 through 5 in their entirety.

4. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

5. On page 10, line 1, after "this" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 2 up to "shall".

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
