1. On page 1, line 21, strike "seventeen" and insert in lieu thereof "twenty-one".

2. On page 1, line 23, strike "three" and insert in lieu thereof "five".

3. On page 1, line 25, strike "three" and insert in lieu thereof "five".

4. On page 3, line 3, before "member" insert "public".

5. On page 3, line 20, strike "legislative council" and insert in lieu thereof "legislature".
