Your CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, line 4, strike the quotation mark.

2. On page 3, between lines 4 and 5, insert a new Subsection F to read as follows:

"F. Nothing in this section shall be construed to affect a taxpayer's water rights."".

3. On page 4, line 14, strike the quotation mark.

4. On page 4, between lines 14 and 15, insert a new Subsection E to read as follows:

"E. Nothing in this section shall be construed to affect a taxpayer's water rights."".,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS & TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
