has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 23, after "fee" insert "consistent with standards approved by the supreme court".

2. On page 2, lines 7 and 8, strike "drug court program coordinator" and insert in lieu thereof "court administrator".

3. On page 2, line 20, strike "drug court program coordinator" and insert in lieu thereof "court administrator".

4. On page 3, lines 7 and 8, strike "drug court program coordinator" and insert in lieu thereof "court administrator".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
