Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike Senate Public Affairs Committee Amendments 1 and 3.

2. On page 1, line 21, after "of" strike the remainder of the line, strike all of lines 22 through 25 and insert in lieu thereof:

"fifty dollars ($50.00) a month. Program fee requirements may be satisfied by community service at the federal minimum wage.".

3. On page 2, lines 11 through 22, strike Section 2 in its entirety.

4. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

5. On page 7, line 10, strike "metropolitan court or".

6. On page 7, line 12, after "of" strike the remainder of the line, strike all of lines 13 through 15, strike line 16 through the period and insert in lieu thereof:

"fifty dollars ($50.00) a month. Program fee requirements may be satisfied by community service at the federal minimum wage.".
