has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 10, strike lines 19 and 20 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "revenue to the payment of principal of and interest on new loans or preexisting loans provided by the New Mexico finance authority to finance a public project as "public project" is defined in Subsection E of Section 6-21-3 NMSA 1978.".
