has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, lines 20 and 21, strike the money amount and insert in lieu thereof "ten million dollars ($10,000,000)".

2. On page 2, line 22, after the semicolon insert "and".

3. On page 2, line 23, after "is" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 24 through the ending parenthesis and insert in lieu thereof "ten million dollars ($10,000,000) or over".

4. On page 2, line 25, strike "; and" and insert in lieu thereof a period.

5. On page 3, strike lines 1 through 3 in their entirety.
